ALERTPAY: verification process
Get the verification process done with as soon as possible..
To have a smooth Business experience with AlertPay, I suggest you get verified as soon as possible. This will prevent your account from being suspended, especially if you plan on having large amounts of money moving in and out of your account.
You will need to upload photo identification and a proof of address on your account.
*Your proof of address must be a document within the last 6 months and can be a utility (electric, water, waste), phone, bank or credit card statement with last name and address matching that of profile.
*In addition, the photo identification submitted must either be a driver's license, country ID, State /Provincial ID or Passport. Please ensure at least two or three edges of the document is visible.
Your documents need to be uploaded to your profile online:
1. To do this you need to log into your profile, then under ALERTPAY ACTIONS press on BECOME AlertPay VERIFIED.
2. You will need to scan your documents onto your computer, and then at the bottom of the page under DOCUMENT TYPES select the appropriate description of the document (PHOTO ID or PROOF OF ADDRESS) you are uploading then press NEXT.
3. On the second page you will need to specify which type of information is contained in the document, then at the bottom of the page, you will press BROWSE and find your documents on your computer and then press on UPLOAD.
The documents you uploaded will be displayed. It will take up to ten business days before the documents are verified.
